Description: Join Park Ecologist Tammy Dobbie for the latest science on what the main impacts of climate change are projected to be for Point Pelee National Park and the diverse ecosystems and species that is supports. What do we know about the climate change risks to the park’s sensitive coastal ecosystems which support as-risk species, migratory bird habitat and tourism vital to the local economy?
Tammy doesn’t have all the answers, but she will share the latest work on potential climate change conditions and impacts, with a specific look at what the bird community at Point Pelee might look like in 2050!
